1. Overview Share Your Prayers is a faith-based ministry created and operated by Jerry Collins. By submitting a prayer request or making a donation through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Digital Services All products and services offered through Share Your Prayers are digital in nature. Prayer submissions are fulfilled by our prayer community upon receipt. No physical goods are shipped or exchanged.

3. Payments & Donations All transactions made through this site are voluntary donations or prayer request submissions. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that all sales are final.

4. Non-Refundable Policy All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once your prayer has been received and lifted by our prayer community, fulfillment is considered complete. Please review our full Refund Policy before submitting.

5. Prayer Wall & Public Content By submitting a prayer request, you consent to your first name and general location (if provided) being displayed on our public Prayer Wall. No sensitive personal information will be shared. We reserve the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability Share Your Prayers is a ministry of faith and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site.

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
